Meet The Team

Bonnie Russo, LCSW, QS
Bonnie Russo is a leader forged through experience, resilience, and purpose. She has walked through fire—and transformed its ashes into light for others. Her clinical expertise, trauma-informed approach, and lived experience form the foundation of safety, dignity, and empowerment that define Bridges to Wellness.
More than a CEO, Bonnie is a survivor, clinician, educator, advocate, and visionary. She brings decades of professional wisdom and personal resilience to her work, creating pathways for healing that honor both individual journeys and generational restoration. Her leadership is grounded in compassion, authenticity, and an unwavering commitment to seeing people not for their wounds, but for their potential.
At the core of Bonnie’s mission is a simple yet profound belief:
“Healing happens when someone finally sees you.”

Lauren O’Dell, LMFT, QS
Marriage & Family Therapist

When life feels overwhelming, relationships feel stuck, or anxiety starts taking center stage, you don’t have to navigate it alone. I work with individuals, couples, and families to help make sense of these moments and move forward with clarity, compassion, and direction.
My clinical work addresses concerns such as anxiety, mood disorders, trauma, and relationship challenges, always through a systemic lens—one that honors context, patterns, and the impact of relationships, life transitions, and lived experiences. I believe meaningful change happens when we look not only at symptoms, but at the full picture of who you are and what you’ve been carrying.
My approach is trauma-informed, LGBTQIA+ affirming, and grounded in evidence-based practices tailored to your unique needs and goals. Whether you’re hoping to strengthen communication in your relationship, support a child or teen through a difficult transition, or better understand your own patterns and growth, I offer a collaborative and supportive space where your experiences are respected and your voice matters.

Hypathia Compres,
Registered Mental Health Intern
With over 11 years of experience, I provide compassionate, client-centered therapy for individuals and families navigating trauma, anxiety, depression, ADHD, and life’s challenges. My work focuses on creating a safe, supportive space where healing, resilience, and meaningful change can take place.
I use evidence-based approaches including EMDR and Accelerated Resolution Therapy (ART), and I am a Certified First Play Therapist supporting young children and families through relationship-based, developmentally appropriate care.
I am deeply committed to serving LGBTQIA+ individuals and diverse, multicultural families, offering an inclusive and affirming environment where every identity is respected. As a Registered Marriage and Family Therapy Intern (RMFTI), I walk alongside clients as they heal, grow, and move forward with clarity and confidence.
